Bhalu
Sule relocates to Projects International's Washington, D.C. headquarters
Bhalu Sule, Senior Vice President, will focus on growing business and
investment opportunities in India for American companies, now that India
is a member of the WTO. Mr. Sule, originally from Mumbai (Bombay), India,
was the former Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and a Senior
Advisor to the Planning Commission of India. He is also currently Chairman
Emeritus of Sony Entertainment Television India Private Ltd., which he
helped establish. Mr. Sule has significant experience in working with
the top echelons of Indian and American business and government. In addition
to maintaining a staff in Mumbai, he will travel often between India and
the U.S. for Projects International's clients and for government liaison.
Peter
J.C. Young joins Projects International as Managing Director
Peter Young joins Projects International after a career in law, government,
international business development and leading and developing a mid-sized
industrial company. Former Chairman/CEO of Harry London Inc. in Canton,
Ohio, a company he led through five-fold growth in seven years, Mr. Young
previously managed international business development for a major industrial
company. In the U.S. Government, Mr. Young served as Legal Advisor to
the START arms control negotiations in Geneva, Switzerland. A graduate
of the University of Michigan Law School and the London School of Economics,
as a lawyer Mr. Young was an expert in international trade and market
access issues.

Projects International assisted CalPERS (California Public Employee's
Retirement System) in expanding its investment portfolio to include a
$200,000,000 program for Central and Eastern Europe investments.

eCentury Partners, LP is a venture capital fund formed to invest in early
and mid-stage technology companies in the greater Washington D.C. metro
area. Projects International assisted eCentury Partners in arranging an
investment of $7,500,000 by MC Capital Corporation.

International assists Dorsey & Whitney, LLP
The Chinese Government awarded a license to open a law office in China
to the Minneapolis-based international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney, LLP.
Projects International assisted in obtaining this license.

Lawrence W. Clarkson joins Projects International after a distinguished
thirty-year career in the commercial airplane and aerospace sector, including
his most recent position as President of Boeing Enterprises in Seattle,
Washington. As one of the most senior executives at The Boeing Company,
and prior to that at Pratt & Whitney, Mr. Clarkson was responsible in
large part for both companies' commercial expansions overseas. Mr. Clarkson
is recognized for his expertise in international business, management,
financing, and global growth strategies and implementation.
